E-Orange: BFIU report is a liability, order to submit report again

The High Court has called the Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit's (BFIU) report on e-commerce company e-Orange responsible.

For this reason, the High Court has ordered the Central Bank's Financial Intelligence Unit to submit a report again and take steps to bring Sohel Rana back to the country.

Yesterday, Wednesday (November 2), the BFIU submitted a report in this regard to the High Court bench of Justice Md. Nazrul Islam Talukder and Justice Khizir Hayat.

The central bank's financial intelligence unit said it found evidence of unusual transactions from the bank accounts of the company's owner, Sonia Mehzabin, her husband Masukur Rahman, and her brother, police inspector (dismissed), Sheikh Sohel Rana.
