“Discussions and rally were held on the occasion of International Anti-Corruption Day in Kamalnagar of Lakshmipur in the protest of ”Everyone Labo, Corruption-Free Bangladesh Gorbo".
On Friday (December 9), the president of the Upazila Corruption Committee, Principal Md. Jatid Hoshain Faruqi spoke at Upazila Secondary Education Officer (Acting) Md. Tauhidul Islam, freedom fighter Abu Noor Salim, Principal Ali Hossain, Kamalnagar Police Inspector (Investigation) Md. Alamgir Hossain, Police Inspector (SI) Chhateder Rahman PPM, JSD Upazila General Secretary Shahadat Hossain Nirab, Hazirhat Unit Awami League President Akhtar Hossain Milan, Maulana Gitas Uddin, Journalist Mizanur Rahman, Md. Russell Patwari and others.
Later, a rally took place and various sams of the upazila were circumambulated.
