New committee of Kaler Kantha's Shuvo Sangha

Lakshmipur District Committee of Shuvo Sangha, the readers' organization of Kaler Kantha, has expressed its determination to build a social and family movement against the deadly drug, Lakshmipur Representative.

A discussion meeting was organized at Lakshmipur Central Shaheed Minar with the slogan "Good deeds, everyone is next". At the beginning of the meeting, Kaler Kantha's district representative Kajal Kayes shed light on the Shubh Sangh in detail. In this, Kartik Sengupta, associate professor of Chandraganj Kafil Uddin Degree College, was unanimously nominated as the president and Meherul Hasan Raju, organizer of the voluntary organization Priyo Lakshmipur District, was nominated as the general secretary. Principal Main Uddin Pathan has been appointed as the chief advisor of the organization, with advisors Advocate Mizanur Rahman, Syed Mozammel Haque Milan, Mosharraf Hossain Patwari and MA Rahim as advisors. The other members of the committee are Vice President Advocate Anwar Hossain Mridha, Habibur Rahman Sabuj, Joint General Secretaries Sanaullah Sanu, Akram Hossain Taki, Organizing Secretary Md. Hasan, Publicity and Publication Secretary Jamal Uddin Bablu, Treasurer Rezaul Karim Parvez, Literary and Cultural Secretary Nizamuddin Rupak, Social Welfare Secretary Mahbubur Rahman Jewel, Sports Secretary Fazle Rabbi, Women's Affairs Secretary Ismat Ara Akhin, Executive Members Jahangir Abed Raju, Sameer Karmakar, Jamal Uddin Rafi, Maruf Bin Zakaria, Faiz Ahmed, Ujjal Majumder, Tayeb Uddin Shanto, Minhaj Hossain Pavel, Alim Uddin Pintu, Suman Das and Jobayed Hossain Babu. The speakers at the meeting said that the young generation is constantly being affected by the devastating drug addiction. This has led to unrest in every household. To get rid of this, along with the administration, a social and family movement against drugs must be developed. It is possible to build a drug-free society if people of all classes and professions come forward.
