The Appellate Division has given a ruling on behalf of actress Nipun Akhtar in fulfilling the post of General Secretary of Film Artists Association.

Today, Monday (November 21), the 3-member appellate bench led by Chief Justice Hasan Fatz Siddiqui suspended the High Court's RAT.

The date of hearing of the case has been changed several times before this.

Earlier, Jaded Khan was declared the Secretary of Shilpi Samiti by the Rasht Dest High Court, which was later suspended and stable and the Chamber Judge Court.

However, Jatid Khan's lawyer said that according to this Statsaco, Jatid Khan can continue his tenure for the time being, but Nipun's lawyer claims that the poison has been misinterpreted.
