Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) is going to form a government tomorrow Tuesday (February 17) after getting a single majority in the 13th national election. The journey of the new government will begin with the swearing-in of the MPs and ministers elected in the Jati Sangsad Bhavan, while preparations are also underway to form the ‘Chata Cabinet’, which is said to be the top leaders of the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and Jati Nagrik Party.

 

Dr. Tasneem Zara, who was elected as an independent candidate for Dhaka-9 (Khilgaon, Sabujbagh, Mugda) seat, posted about what is the Chata Cabinet on social media Facebook on Monday (February 16) from Sunday.

Do the ministers get government salary or benefits?
No. The members of the Chata Cabinet do not get any salary, gaze or government benefits from the government.
