The results of the re-evaluation of the 2018 Junior School Certificate (JSC) and Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) examinations will be published today, Thursday (January 24). Lakhs of candidates who could not achieve the expected results have applied for re-evaluation. Most of these students, who are dissatisfied with the results, have applied for mathematics, English and science subjects. Most of the students have applied after being deprived of GPA-5 and Golden GPA-5. Although there is no such thing as Golden GPA Five officially.
A total of 2.23 million 829 students passed the JSC-JDC exams in the 2018 academic year. This year, the average pass rate was 85.83 percent. 68,095 students obtained GPA-5. In 2017, the pass rate was 83.65 percent. In 2018, the pass rate increased by 2.18 percent, but the number of students obtaining GPA-5 decreased.
Incidentally, the results of JSC and JDC were published on December 24. Although the pass rate of both exams increased slightly, all indicators were worse than last time.
The results of the re-examination will be communicated to the applicants via SMS on their respective mobile phones. It will also be posted on the education board's website.
