Unidentified body found floating in Meghna in Tajumuddin

 Coast Guard members of Bhola's Tajumuddin recovered the bodies of an unidentified male floating from the Meghna river and handed it over to the police after the police sent the body to the Bhola morgue for postmortem.

Coast Guard and police sources said that at 11:15 a.m. on Monday (September 5), Coast Guard personnel found a floating body in the area between the Meghna River Basanabhanga and Char Kanchan area, and later they recovered the body and handed it over to the police.

Tajumuddin police station officer in-charge Maksudur Rahman Murad told Palli News that the recovered body had no head (bald) hair, wearing a maroon colored Punjabi white patijama and a wristwatch.

Age estimates will be 40 to 45. The body is swollen. For postmortem, Bhola has been sent to the morgue.
