The Meteorological Office has said that rain accompanied by gusty winds of 45 to 60 kilometers per hour is likely to occur over nine regions of the country. This information has been given for the country's inland river ports from 5 am to 1 pm on Saturday.
The Meteorological Office said that rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally winds of 45 to 60 kilometers per hour from the south or southeast may occur over Tangail, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Faridpur, Comilla, Jessore, Kushtia, Noakhali and Chittagong regions.
River ports in these areas have been asked to display warning signal number one (repeat).
