New book distribution activities, the launch of the HPM

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has inaugurated the book distribution program of primary and secondary level in 2023 by handing over new books to the students.

On Saturday (December 31) morning, the Prime Minister officially inaugurated this program by handing over books to the students from the Shapla Hall of the Prime Minister's Office.

Tomorrow 1 January 1st January 1st and Ministry of Primary and Mass Education will celebrate the Central Textbook Festival separately.

On behalf of the Ministry of Education, the book festival of the secondary level will be organized in the government pilot high school of Kapasitha upazila of Gazipur. And the central festival of the book of the primary level will be held at the playground of Dhaka University.

It is about 35 crore textbooks for the 2023 academic year. In the meantime, the book of the primary level is 10 crore. The remaining 25 crore secondary books are available. Before the book festival, 80 percent of the book is possible to reach the district, but it is difficult to reach the primary book.

Since 2010, the government has started giving free new textbooks to all the primary and secondary level students, followed by the students' festivals at the beginning of every year.
