The speakers said that it is possible to promote the women's movement and strengthen it, the political power of women is possible.
This notification meeting was held at Krishibid Institution in the capital on Monday under the ‘Women Leadership Development of Women in Public Life’ project.
The speakers said that the patriarchal and patriarchal structures are meant to limit women within their homes and create obstacles in the way of public life and civic leadership, and to ensure the presence of women at all levels of decision-making. No matter which political party women are involved in, they called for collective reconciliation against patriarchy.
Tapati Saha, program manager of UN Women, said that working together with everyone is the way to get women's political power. From the university to the marginal level, we should involve young women from the CW, Beijing platform, Bangladesh's constitution and the nation's women's development policy. If you do not know this, it is not possible to lead the leadership if you do not know this.
In the president's speech, Geeta Das, the president of the women's side, said that it is important to create an able-bodied group of women and teenagers to promote women-friendly political leadership, through efficient leadership to create fair, inclusive economic power and opportunities for participation in public life.
The programme has been implementing a project titled ‘Women's Leadership Development in Public Life’, the Women's Party, has been implementing a project titled 'Women's Leadership Development' from November 2025. The main aim of this project is to promote the inclusion of women's leadership in the district and nation through mentoring.
