Record for fastest bowling in women's cricket

South African pacer Shabnam Ismail has bowled record speed in women's cricket, and has achieved the feat of 130 km in women's cricket for the first time.

The Protita woman pacer bowled a ball at 132.10 kmph in the Women's Premier League (WPL) on Wednesday, while Shabnim's team Mumbai Indans played against Delhi Capitals at the Arun Jaitley Statue.

Earlier, Shabnam Ismail-e bowled at that speed against the Oest Indies in 2016 against the highest bowling in women's cricket.

Australia's batter Meg Lening faced the fast ball of Shabnim's fast ball from international cricket. The ball hit his pad. After the match, the female pacer said, ‘The ball is all about looking at the big screen (to see how fast the speed has gone).’
