National Road Safety Day celebrated in Netrakona

National Safe Road Day 2022 was celebrated with the theme of ”learning the road, returning home safely", a discussion meeting and rally was held on Saturday to celebrate the day.

In the morning, a grand rally was taken out from the Moktarpa ground in the city and came to the district administrator's office and ended in the district administration conference room.

The discussion meeting was chaired by Additional District Magistrate (ADM) Abdullah Al Mansoor as the chief guest, Deputy Commissioner and learned District Magistrate Anjana Khan Majlish was present as a special guest, Superintendent of Police Md. Fatz Ahmed, Civil Surgeon Dr. Mo Salim Mia.

District BRTA Assistant Director (Engineering) Abdur Rashid delivered the welcome speech, and various social leaders including district administration officials, BRTA and other department officials, leaders of motor vehicle owners and workers organizations, local political representatives were present.
