New committee formed for Bashemurbiprabir's Environmental Science Club

2. Executive Committee of Environment Science Club (ESC) of Environment Science and Disaster Management (ESD) Department of Students has been formed at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman University of Science and Technology (Bashemurbiprobi) in Gopalganj.

Partha Pratim Brahm (Session 2017-18), a student of 2nd batch of Environmental Science and Disaster Management Department, has been announced as the President and Md. Safiqul Ahsan Imon (Session 2017-18) of the same batch as the General Secretary.

The said committee was announced on Tuesday (September 27) night with the consent of the advisory board.

Md. Rajib Hossain, president of the Department of Environment Science and Disaster Management, has been appointed as the chief advisor of the organization, and Md. Muhaiminul Islam, assistant professor, assistant professor, assistant professor, assistant professor, Dr. Md. Rasheduzzaman, Assistant Professor; Ferdowsi Sultana, Assistant Professor; Zakia Sultana, Assistant Professor; Sharmin Akhter, Assistant Professor.

When asked about the formation of the committee and its activities, the newly elected president of the organization, Partha Pratim Brahma, said, “Every year, 1,000 students are admitted to our university. Every year, we will make everyone aware and think about our nature in a new way. Our main objective is to make the landing and pollution-free landlords in the house.”

In this regard, the newly elected general secretary of the organization, Md. Safiqul Ahsan Emon, said, “To create a pollution-free environment by making the students aware of the environment. The club's journey is to make it more interested. We will try to make students aware of this and help them to build a healthy and beautiful Bangladesh.”

Incidentally, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman University of Science and Technology to provide practical ideas to the students of all levels of Environmental Science and Disaster Management and to create a pollution-free environment by making all the students aware of the environment. On March 15, 2022, with the intention of making more interested, the inspiration of all the teachers of the Department of Environmental Science and Disaster Management in Bashemurbiprabi and the long-term efforts of the students started his walk as a result of the long-standing efforts of the students.
