UNO issues stern warning against counterfeiting in Ramgati

In a meeting with the responsible room inspectors on the occasion of the upcoming JSC and JDC examinations '2017', Ramgati Upazila Executive Officer of Lakshmipur district, Azgar Ali, gave a stern warning and caution against all kinds of malpractices in examinations, including cheating.

On Tuesday (October 31) morning, a meeting was held at Alexander Pilot Model High School with the center secretaries, assistant center secretaries, hall superintendents and room inspectors responsible for the upcoming JSC-JDC examinations, chaired by Upazila Secondary Education Officer Abul Kalam Azad.

At the meeting, Upazila Executive Officer Azgar Ali said that all the examinations this year will be held in a completely cheating-free and all kinds of malpractice-free environment in Ramgati. If any examinee tries to cheat or resort to any other malpractice, direct action will be taken against him as per the Public Examinations (Control of Offences) Act, 1980. He warned the teachers present that similar action will be taken against not only the examinee, but also any teacher or anyone else who helps any examinee in cheating or resorting to any other malpractice.

He also announced that no one other than the persons concerned with the examination will be allowed to enter the examination center during the examination. At this time, he sought the cooperation of all concerned in organizing the examination in a fair and cheating-free environment. All the teachers present assured the UNO that this year the examination will be organized in a completely fair and cheating-free environment.
