Two arrested with stolen motorcycle in Lakshmipur

Police have arrested two thieves along with two stolen motorcycles in Lakshmipur.

They will be sent to jail through the court today, Wednesday (September 21).

Earlier on Tuesday (September 20) night, they were arrested by Daserhat Fanai police under Chandraganj Thana from Daserhat Paschim Bazar of Charshahi Union of Sadar Upazila.

The arrested are - Son of Abdur Rahman of Char Ramiz Bhuitar Hat village of Charbata Unit of Charjabbar police station of Notakhali district. Shahjahan (22) and the son of Ruhul Amin of the same area. Osman (21).

According to the police, Shahjahan and Osman were staying at Daserhat market with two stolen motorcycles at night - after the news, the policemen of Daserhat area raided there and arrested them.

Later, a Hero Spendal and a Platina (Bajaj) model motorcycle they were in the possession of the motorcycle were seized and they told the police that they were stolen by the police.
