The reign of Anitam is going on in Haldita Uniiton Health and Family Planning Center of Amtali Upazila of Barguna. There is no government policy, no national flag should be drawn in the office. The employees are working as per their own will.
Locals complain that the government does not follow any of the rules and regulations announced by the government in the health center. The workers come and go to the office. After one time, they have no importance in the patient.
The office is scheduled from 8 am to 3 pm but the Assistant Community Medical Officer (SACMO) and Family Welfare Inspector (FWV) come to the office and go to the house as per their wish. They are supposed to live in the same center but they live elsewhere.
Sunday at 12 noon On the ground, you can see the gita, the office lock is closed and the office premises are not a national flag. When the officials asked where the officials said, "Sacmo Anuj sir has gone to the house today and Bristi madam has gone to the house and the night watchman is sometimes in the office."

A school student named Suman, came to the office around 11 am and left after a while. We went to this center on the way to go to school and asked for medicine.
Amtali Upazila Family Planning Officer Mama Alamgir Hasain said that the Assistant Community Medical Officer (SACMO) and Family Welfare Inspector (FWV) are supposed to be serving from the health center from 8 am to 3 pm. When asked whether Chakma is on leave, he said that the medical officer (MCH-FP) is responsible for giving them leave.
Medical Officer (MCH-FP) Bulbul Ahmed said on the phone, Sacmo Anuj Rat has not applied for any written leave from him but I heard that he has verbally informed my office assistant which has not actually fixed it. I will give him a show cause notice.
Deputy Director of District Family Planning Directorate Mahmudul Haque Azad said, I have asked the Amtali Upazila Family Planning Officer to take action against Sacmo in the complaint of Haldita Uniiton Health and Family Planning Center. I hope the local residents will get proper health services from then on.
