45th BCS notification today, 2300 posts

The wait for BCS candidates is coming to an end. The notification for the 45th BCS will be published today. This time, the Public Service Commission (PSC) will recruit 2300 posts. This is the largest number of cadres to be recruited in the last five years.

The Ministry of Public Administration will also finalize the decision today on exactly how many manpower can be appointed in non-cadre positions. The matter was confirmed by the ministry's recruitment branch.

Regarding the notification of the 45th BCS, several BPSC officials told the media that a special meeting will be held at the PSC on Wednesday afternoon. The number of cadre and non-cadre posts for the 45th BCS will be determined in this meeting.

Ministry sources said that a total of 2,309 manpower will be recruited in 23 cadres in this BCS. The highest number of recruitments will be in the health cadre. 539 doctors will be recruited in this.
Of these, 450 people will be appointed as assistant surgeons and 89 as dental surgeons. 274 will be appointed in the administration, 80 in the police, 437 in the education cadre, 30 in the tax cadre, 54 in customs, 25 in Ansar and 870 people will be appointed in other cadres including foreign affairs, forest, railways, agriculture, fisheries.
