Hasib Uddin Rassi's father was brutally martyred by the terrorists of 8 February during the nationwide violent movement against the one-sided election of Khaledaji's February 15, 1996, then he was the Otarard Councilor of Lalbagh and the General Secretary of the Otarard Awami.

 The then opposition leader, the current Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, has comforted the child Haseeb Rasi in their lap.

Hasib Uddin Rasi does politics from Trinamool, he has performed the duties of Kalabagan Thana Chhatra League Joint General Secretary, Metropolitan North Chhatra League Criza Secretary and lastly Vice President with honesty and devotion.

The leaders and activists of Lalbagh local and Aomi League are happy to elect him as the organizing secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan South Volunteer League.

Hasib Uddin Rasi said, I believe in my father's political ideals, he is bound to sacrifice his life to strengthen the hand of leader Sheikh Hasina.
