Only that is why our Harijans and backward communities are not getting allowance, even for two years, it is difficult for us to get allowance and family. We have given a written request to the upazila executive officer for three months but he has not taken any incentive till today.

These money was in the bank, it will be manually given to GDP. Give this money. When asked if there is a chance, he said, ’If you want to give it, you will need a sign of UNO sir. After the end of the financial year, it will have to be given on the instructions of the higher authorities. If they give in writing, then we can give it. And they have started getting the GDP again."
