TCB granted permission to purchase 16.5 million liters of soybean oil

The government agency Trading Corporation of Bangladesh has allowed three companies to buy 165 lakh liters of salt from the country's three companies, which will cost the government to buy oil at Tk 305 crore 25 lakh.

On Wednesday (September 21), Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal presided over the official meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Government Cred. Abdul Barik.

According to the decision of the meeting, the proposal to buy 55 lakh liters of salt bin oil from Super Original Refinery Limited through TCB under the Ministry of Commerce has been approved. The cost of buying this oil has been estimated at Tk 101 crore 75 lakh.

Earlier, the Cabinet Committee meeting on the Government Crite chaired by the Finance Minister, along with the Cabinet Committee meeting on Economic Affairs, was presented at two meetings of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs and 11 proposals were presented in the meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Government Crite.

Among these, two proposals are approved by the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs and 10 proposals in the Cabinet Committee on Government Criticism.
