Begumganj Upazila Parishad Chairman Shahnaz Begum distributed waves among the poor and needy on the occasion of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's 76th birthday organized by the administration of Noakhali Begumganj Upazila Parishad.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Shamsunnahar, former District Chhatra League leader Imran Noor Rafi, the privileged son of Upazila Parishad Chairman Omar Farooq Badsha and current chairman Shahnaz Begum, along with upazila parishad officials were present.
