Dhaka: Village ‘doctors’ who do not have education, qualifications and certificates for medical treatment will not be allowed to treat them, said Health and Family Welfare Minister Zahid Malek.
He said this in a press statement in the meeting room of the Ministry of Health of the Secretariat on Thursday (August 6) afternoon.
"We are trying to improve the quality of healthcare services, there are no negative aspects in improving the quality of services, which requires a lot of manpower, infrastructure and equipment, and we are now committed to improving the quality of primary healthcare," Zahid Malek said. if If we can improve primary health care, our health care will be improved.
The Health and Family Welfare Minister said, Primary Health Care is basically community clinic and family welfare center, we have 10 bed hospitals, Union Health Center, there are clinic diagnostic centers who provide healthcare in this case. We are emphasizing more on one poison, which is that antibiotics cannot be used everywhere in primary healthcare centers. We are determining what needs to be done in primary healthcare.
Referring to the medical care of the village, many of them do not have any certificate, they have a stricter prescription for those who do not have any certificates, we will stop these people and give them more treatment.
