After 10 years of marriage, four children were born at once.

A midwife named Ripa Begum (23) gave birth to 4 children at once after 10 years of marriage in Brahmanbaria.

She delivered the newborns on Monday (October 10) night at Life Care Children and Maternity Hospital on Jail Road in the district town under the supervision of specialist doctor Sharmin Sultana.

Gynecologist and obstetrician Dr. Sharmin Sultana confirmed the matter.

The wife of farmer Sagar Ali of Dhitpur village in Ichapur union of Bijoynagar upazila of Ripa district. Among the newborns, 1 is a boy and the rest are 3 girls.

Specialist doctor Sharmin Sultana said, "Before this delivery, a child died during childbirth. After that, she was under my supervision regularly from the beginning. In the meantime, she tested positive for COVID-19 while pregnant. After testing positive, I admitted her to the hospital and treated her. By the grace of God, she tested negative for COVID-19. Later, she continued regular treatment. The patient's family members listened to me. So this time, the pregnant woman donated blood in advance and was fit for delivery."
