2 madrasa students go missing after taking bath in Narsingdi, one's body found 20 hours later

The disappearance of two madrasah students has been found in Narsingdi after taking a bath and the body of one named Md. Ghalib Haque (15) has been recovered, and his body was recovered 20 hours after he went missing.

On Friday (October 28) around 1 o'clock in the afternoon, the body was recovered from the Meghna river in Char Afzal of Alokbali Unit in Narsingdi. The poison of the recovery of the body was confirmed by Sub-Inspector (SI) Md Faridul Alam.

Earlier on Thursday (October 27) around 5 pm, after playing football at the picnic, they went down to bathe in the Meghna river with others and went missing.

The missing students are Md Ghalib Mita (15) son of Azizul Haque of Ghoshal Municipality of Palash Upazila of Palash Upazila of Narsingdi District and Sahidul Islam Maffz (17) son of Harun Mita of Ratpura Upazila of the same district.

Later on Friday (October 28) morning, a five-member diving team from Tongi reached the spot and started the rescue operation again. They searched for a long time in the river and recovered Ghalib's body from the spot around 1 pm. And the rescue operation is still going on. Karimpur Naval Police Faanji in-charge Sub-Inspector Md. Faridul Alam said, we are working to rescue them after receiving the news of the accident.

The operation to rescue the remaining one continues, the naval police, the Faller Service and the diver team are trying to make the most of the rescue of the missing student.
