This variety of rice can be collected in just 137 days at a low cost. According to the farmers, Bri-Dhan 87 is the lack of yield. So they have confidence in this variety of rice in the future. In the current season, all varieties of rice are yielded. No variety Bri-Dhan is near 87. The country's new variety of rice is making the farmers feel happy.

It is known that the farmers have been able to take the initiative to grow mustard, potato and other rabi crops in that land, which is not known to be in the rice of this variety of rice.

Tajumuddin Upazila Agriculture Extension Officer Debashish Das said that several farmers in Chandpur, Sonapur Union of the upazila have grown a huge yield by cultivating the new variety of Bri-Dhan 87 this year. In the upazila, Bridhan 75’s land has been cultivated in a total of 150 hectares. The production capacity of this rice is much less. The yield is also high in less time. So the farmers are now focusing on Bridhan 87.

Tajumuddin Upazila Agriculture Officer Apurba Lal Sarkar said that he has given all the advice to the farmers as a new variety of rice. Those who have gone to this paddy field have seen the yield of the farmers. Farmers are very interested in Bridhan 87” rice in the future.
