Government offices to operate on new schedule from today

The activities of the government and entity offices of the country have started as per the new schedule.The office has started from 9 am on Tuesday (November 15) and will continue till 4 pm.

On the first day of the opening of the new schedule, most of the employees were seen coming to the office in the same way, and everyone was seen to be vibrant. The presence of officers and employees in the concerned offices was seen on the first day, and the secretariat of the administration, the heart of the administration, was seen in the same way, in every government and voluntary institution.

This decision was taken in the cabinet meeting chaired by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on October 31.

After the meeting of Cabinet Secretary Khandkar Anotarul Islam, the secretariat announced the new schedule during the press briefing, he said, from November 15 that the public and autonomous office will run from 9 am to 4 pm. They will determine the private offices, banks and court schedules.

A notification has been issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on November 1 to determine the new schedule. The notification signed by Moshiur Rahman Talukdar said, ‘The government has determined that the office of all the government, semi-government, autonomous and self-governing institutions of the country from November 15 has been fixed from 9 to 4 till the next instruction. This order will remain in force until the next order.’
