Question: Will divorce be effective if you get divorced through a message on mobile? If yes, when will this divorce be effective, immediately after writing the message or after the message reaches the wife?
Answer: Divorce is lost if you send divorce through message just like if you divorce by mouth.
And when will divorce be effective? After the message reaches the wife or after the message is written - it will depend on the type of message writing. It is written in the message that, ‘When this message of mine reaches you, you are divorced’, then the divorce will be done after the message reaches the wife - whether the wife reads the message or not.
So before the message reaches the wife, if If the husband deletes it, there will be no more divorce. Written - ‘You divorce’ then it will be divorced after writing - whether the message reaches the wife or not.
