14 bicycles recovered in Lakshmipur, 6 arrested

Laxmipur: The police have recovered 14 bicycles from various schools and colleges and markets of Lakshmipur.
In this incident, the mastermind of the thief gang, Sohail (19) and his brother Rubel (17) have also been arrested.
They were arrested and recovered bicycles in Tumchar area of Laxmipur Sadar Upazila from Thursday (September 07) to Saturday (September 09) night, and the son of Kamal Hossain of Sohel and Rubel Tumchar area.
Others are Sakil (16), son of Ismail of Ismail of the same area, Ripat (17) son of Jamal Hossain, Isain (15) son of deceased Noman, Fahim (18) son of Zakir Hossain.
Deputy Inspector (SI) of Laxmipur Sadar Police Station Rezaul Karim Reza said that the looting of 14 basils from various educational institutions and bazaars of Laxmipur was recovered on the basis of secret information.
The thief gang has arrested sixteen teenagers, including two brothers, who are the masterminds of the gang, he said.
