Lakshmipur: Police have arrested a young man named Md. Azgar (30) with weapons in Kamalnagar, Lakshmipur.
He was arrested from the upazila's Koritala Bazar around 7:30 pm on Thursday (October 12). An LG was recovered from him at that time.
The arrested Asgar is a resident of Paschim Lakshmipur village in Lakshmipur Sadar Upazila.
Kamalnagar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Akul Chandra Biswas confirmed the arrest.
