Lakshmipur:
Police have arrested two youths with an LG and 9 rounds of bullets in Ramganj, Laxmipur. They were arrested from Karpara Union of the upazila.
The arrested are Salah Uddin, son of Morshed Alam of the local Lamchar union, and Nur Mohammad, son of Md. Hossain of the Madhya Karpara union.
Ramganj Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md. Tota Mia said that they were arrested along with weapons and bullets after conducting a raid based on secret information. There is a robbery case against the two arrested people at the police station. Now, preparations are underway to file a case under the Arms Act, the OC said.
