Complaints against the police can be made 24 hours a day

The ‘IGP's Complain Cell’ at the Police Headquarters will be operational from now on 24 hours.

The public can now complain directly about any unprofessional and immoral activities of the policeman, by courier service and post or by 01769693535, 01769693536 mobile numbers and complain@police.gov.bd in this cell.

In a police notification on Monday, it was said that complaints were accepted only during office hours in this cell.

The company also said that the cell will be managed under the supervision of Additional DIG (D&PS-1) of the Police Headquarters.
