Awami League president Sheikh Hasina took oath as the prime minister of the 11th national parliament, and Bangabandhu's daughter took the responsibility of running the state for the fourth time.

The swearing-in ceremony of the new cabinet began at 3:40 pm on Monday at 3:40 pm at the Durbar Hall of Bangabhaban.

Earlier on Sunday, the Cabinet Division announced the name of the new cabinet of 47 members including the Prime Minister, following the announced list, the new cabinet has 24 ministers, 19 state ministers and three deputy ministers.
