Kamalnagar (Lakshmipur): A film screening and discussion meeting was held in Kamalnagar, Lakshmipur, to inform and involve the public about the country's development and progress.
On Tuesday afternoon, various issues including the government's achievements and development ideas in various fields, branding of the 10 special initiatives of the Honorable Prime Minister, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), goals and achievements of Vision 2021, Right to Information Act, drugs, terrorism and militancy, autism, human trafficking, etc. were discussed in the Upazila Spandan Room.
Present at the event were the chief guest Upazila Executive Officer Md. Imtiaz Hossain, special guest Upazila Engineer Imran Anwar, Agriculture Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam, Secondary Education Officer, FM Wazed Talukder, Social Service Officer Md. Masud, Cooperative Officer Md. Hanif, Primary Education Officer Ihsanul Haque, Fisheries Officer A. Quddus, Social Service Officer and Press Club President.
Sajjadur Rahman Sajjad and people from different walks of life were present. District Information Officer Md. Sirajul Haque Mallick presided over the function.
