Sajeda Akhter Sumi, former Thana Chhatra League student affairs secretary, former Upazila Women's A'League general secretary. Currently, she is the president of Upazila Women's Awami League. In addition, she is the women's affairs secretary of Kamalnagar Thana Community Policing; member of Upazila Terrorism and Militancy Elimination Committee.
Incidentally, voting will be held in Kamalnagar, Lakshmipur in the third phase of the upazila elections on March 24. There are about 1,44,771 voters in this upazila.
