Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is keeping a constant check on the fire incident at the FR Tao of Banani in the capital and is giving directions at the scene, including ministers, MPs and philanthropists.

On Thursday (March 28), the Awami League president's political office in Dhanmondi was in an emergency press conference. Hasan Mahmud said these things.

He said that the efforts are being made to reduce the loss of life and property, which is being taken by the government to take the fire out and rescue the trapped people.

At 12:55 PM, 5 people, including a Sri Lankan national, have been confirmed to have died in the fire, according to sources related to the news that the service, the army, the navy and the Air Force are still working to control the fire.
