গতকাল সোমবার দুপুরে নেত্রকোনা জেলা প্রেসক্লাব মিলনায়তনে র‍্যাব-১৪ এর অধিনায়ক অতিরিক্ত ডিআইজি মহিবুল ইসলাম খান প্রেস ব্রিফিংয়ে বলেন, বিয়ে করতে রাজি না হওয়ায় গার্মেন্টস কর্মী কমলা খাতুনকে (২৬) শ্বাসরোধ ও দা দিয়ে পেটে আঘাত করে হত্যা করা হয়েছে।

নিহত কমলা খাতুন নেত্রকোনা জেলার দুর্গাপুর উপজেলার কাকৈরগড়া ইউনিয়নের রাত্রা গ্রামের মাতাব উদ্দিনের মেয়ে। সে ঢাকার একটি গার্মেন্টসে কাজ করত।

এ হত্যাকান্ডের সাথে জড়িত থাকায় গার্মেন্টস কর্মী নেত্রকোনা জেলার পূর্বধলার আগিয়া গ্রামের চাঁন মিয়ার ছেলে মোঃ নিজামকে (৩০) ২০ নভেম্বর দিবাগত রাতে গাজীপুর জেলার মীরের বাজার এলাকা থেকে গ্রেফতার করেছে র‍্যাব-১৪।

প্রেস ব্রিফিংয়ে তিনি আরো জানান, আসামী নিজাম বিবাহিত এবং দুই সন্তানের জনক। আসামী ও ভিকটিম একই গার্মেন্টসে কাজ করার সুবাদে তাদের মধ্যে চার মাস আগে প্রেমের সম্পর্ক গড়ে উঠে। এক পর্যায়ে আসামী কমলাকে বিয়ে করার জন্য চাপ দেয়। এতে কমলা রাজি না হওয়ায় পূর্ব পরিকল্পনা অনুযায়ী জেলার পূর্বধলা উপজেলার বালুচরা বাজারের তালতলা মোড়ে গত শনিবার রাতে তাকে প্রথমে শ্বাসরোধ পরে ভূড়ি কেটে হত্যা করে লাশ ফেলে রেখে গাজীপুরে পালিয়ে যায়।

সোমবার (২১ নভেম্বর) জেলা পুলিশ সুপার মো. শহীদুল ইসলাম, পিপিএম তাঁর কার্যালয়ের সম্মেলন কক্ষে ওই ডাকাতির ঘটনা, সাত ডাকাতকে অস্ত্রসহ গ্রেপ্তার ও লুন্ঠিত মালামাল উদ্ধারের বিষয়ে প্রেস ব্রিফিং করেন।

তিনি জানান, গত ২৭ অক্টোবর রাত আনুমানিক সোয়া ২টা থেকে ৩ টার মধ্যে অজ্ঞাতনামা ১০/১৫জন মুখোশধারী অস্ত্রধারী ডাকাত সোনাইমুড়ী থানাধীন সোনাইমুড়ী পৌরসভার ৬নং ওয়ার্ড সোনাইমুড়ী পূর্বপাড়া চাঁদ মিয়ার বেপারী বাড়ীতে ডাকাতি করে। ডাকাতরা বসতঘরের দরজার ছিটকিনি ভেঙে দেশি ধারালো ছেনি,চাকু, চাপাতি নিয়ে প্রবেশ করে এবং অস্ত্রের ভয় দেখিয়ে বাড়ির লোকদের মুখ হাত-পা বেঁধে আলমারির তালা ভেঙে ৩০.৭ ভরি স্বর্ণালংকার, ডায়মন্ড সেট ২টি ও নগদ ৬ লাখ ৮৫ হাজার টাকাসহ সর্বমোট ৩৬ লাখ ৯৩ হাজার ১০০ টাকার মালামাল লুট করে নিয়ে যায় ।

এ ঘটনায় বেপারী বাড়ির বাসিন্দা মো.জাকির হোসেন মানিক সোনাইমুড়ী থানায় মামলা করেন। এরপর এ মামলার তদন্তভার এসআই মো. জামাল হোসেনের উপর অর্পণ করা হয়। তার নেতৃত্বে পুলিশের একটি চৌকস টিম সম্প্রতি অভিযান চালিয়ে সাত ডাকাতকে গ্রেপ্তার করে। তাদের কাছ থেকে একটি দেশি পাইপগান, ৩ রাউন্ড রাবার কার্তুজ,দুটি লোহার শাবল,৪টি চিকন দা উদ্ধার করা হয়।

গ্রেপ্তার ডাকাতরা হলেন- খোরশেদ আলম টিপু (৩৭),
মো. ফারুক (৪০), নুর কাশেম,
মো. ইউসুফ (৩৫), মুরাদ হোসেন(২৫), রুবেল ও
নুর ইসলাম।

স্বাভাবিকভাবেই এই খাবারটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। খাদ্য থেকে প্রাপ্ত শক্তি শরীরের বিপাক ক্রিয়ায় খরচ হয়ে যায়। আমরা যখন ঘুমিয়ে থাকি তখনো এটি খরচ হতে থাকে। এ জন্য ঘুম থেকে উঠার পরই এটা পূরণ করে ফেলা উচিত। সেই কারণে যারা সকালে কিছুই খান না, তারা ক্লান্তি ও দুর্বলতা অনুভব করেন। সকালের নাস্তায় শর্করা কতটা শক্তির যোগান দেন এ বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত জানিয়েছেন বারডেমের অবসরপ্রাপ্ত চিফ নিউট্রিশন অফিসার আখতারুন নাহার আলো।

অনেকে মনে করেন সকালের নাস্তা না খেলে ওজন কমে যাবে। আসলে তা হয় না। পর্যাপ্ত ও স্বাস্থ্যকর নাস্তা আপনার দৈহিক ওজন বজায় রাখতে সাহায্য করে। দেহের বিপাক ক্রিয়াকে বাড়িয়ে দেয় এবং সারা দিন ধরে প্রচুর শক্তি খরচ করতে সহায়তা করে। যদি নাস্তা বাদ দেওয়া হয়, তাহলে কার্য প্রবণতা ও কর্মক্ষমতা কমে যাবে।

সকালের নাস্তা অবশ্যই সুষম হতে হবে। কারণ আমাদের দেহে প্রতিটি খাদ্য উপাদানের প্রয়োজন আছে। এ সময় শর্করার দিকে জোর দিতে হবে। শর্করা আমাদের দেহে সেরোটোনিন নিঃসরণের মাধ্যমে মন, মেজাজ ও মানসিক অবস্থাকে উন্নত করে। ফলে মনকে সজীব ও সতেজ রাখে। অর্থাৎ শর্করা শুধু শক্তিই প্রদান করে না।

সকালের নাস্তায় পানীয় হিসাবে রাখা যেতে পারে গ্রিনটি, চা-কফি, লাচ্ছি, ঘোল, ফলের রস ইত্যাদি। খুব ভালো হয়, যদি ঘুম থেকে উঠার দু’এক ঘণ্টা পর সকালের নাস্তা খেয়ে ফেলা যায়।

যেহেতু এটা দিনের প্রথম খাবার এবং আগের রাতের পরিপূরক, সে কারণেই আগের রাতের খাওয়ার সময়ের সঙ্গে ভারসাম্য রেখেই নাস্তার সময় ঠিক করা ভালো। রাতের খাবার ও সকালের নাস্তার মধ্যে যেন বারো ঘণ্টার বেশি ব্যবধান না হয়। নাস্তা খাওয়া উচিত সকাল ৮টা থেকে ৯টার মধ্যে।
