কিন্তু বর্তমানে এই অঞ্চলগুলো পুনরুদ্ধ জোর তৎপরতা চালাচ্ছে ইউক্রেন। এতে হামলার পরিমাণ বাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে রুশ কর্তৃপক্ষ। এরই অংশ হিসেবে সম্প্রতি রাজধানীর কিয়েভসহ বিভিন্ন শহরে ৮০টির বেশি মিসাইল হামলা চালিয়ে দেশটির বিদ্যুৎ খাতে বিপর্যয় নামিয়ে আনে রাশিয়া।

জেলেনস্কির দাবি, এর জন্যই পাল্টা রণকৌশল নিয়েছে ক্রেমলিন। তারা উল্টো অভিযোগ করা শুরু করছে যে, কাখোভকা ড্যাম লক্ষ্য করে ক্ষেপণাস্ত্র ছুড়ছে কিয়েভের সেনারা। জেলেনস্কি বলেন, এই জলাধার যদি কোনওভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়, তাহলে দেশের দক্ষিণ অংশে পানিসরবরাহ প্রায় বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে। জাপোরিঝঝিয়ায় ইউরোপের সর্ববৃহৎ পরমাণু বিদ্যুৎ কেন্দ্রটিও পানির অভাবে স্থবির হয়ে যাবে।
জেলেনস্কির কথায়, “এই জলাধারে যে পরিমাণ পানি ধরে, তাতে এটি বিস্ফোরণে উড়িয়ে দেওয়া হলে খেরসন-সহ ৮০টি এলাকা পানি তলায় চলে যাবে। ভয়াবহ বন্যা দেখা দেবে। হাজার হাজার মানুষের চরম পরিণতি হবে।”
শোভন আজকাল প্রায়ই ঘাড়ের ব্যথায় ভোগেন। চিকিৎসকের কাছে গেলে তিনি জানান, এটা সার্ভিকাল স্পনডাইলোসিসের কারণে হয়।
শোভন চিকিৎষককে জানান, সারাদিন অফিসের বাইরে তিনি কিছুই করেন না। তার এ রোগের কারণ জানা গেলো, একনাগাড়ে অনেক সময় ধরে কম্পিউটারে কাজ করার ফলে তার এ সমস্যা হয়েছে। আমাদের অনেকেই এ সমস্যাতে ভুগছি।
যে পেশার মানুষের বেশি হয়
ঘাড় সামনে ঝুকিয়ে কাজ করতে হয় এমন সব পেশার মানুষদের এ রোগটি বেশি দেখা যায়। যেমন- শুধুমাত্র চেয়ার টেবিলে বসে কাজ করে এমন এক্সিকিউটিভ, কম্পিউটারে একনাগাড়ে কাজ ইত্যাদি।
ঘাড়ের আঘাতের জন্যও অনেক সময় হাড় ক্ষয় দেখা দেয়।
উপসর্গ
ঘাড়ের ব্যথা অনেক সময় কাঁধ থেকে ওপরের পিঠে, বুকে, মাথার পেছনে বা হাত পর্যন্ত ছড়িয়ে পড়তে পারে। ঘাড় থেকে হাতে নেমে আসা স্নায়ু বা নার্ভের ওপর চাপ পড়লে পুরো হাতেই ব্যাথা হতে পারে।
হাত পায়ে দুর্বলতা, হাঁটতে অসুবিধা হতে পারে।
ঘাড় নাড়াতে গেলে ব্যথা লাগে। ডানে বায়ে ঘাড় ঘুরাতে সমস্যা হবে। ঘাড়ে স্থবিরতা লাগে বা জ্যাম মেরে ধরে থাকে।
ব্যথার সঙ্গে হাতে, বাহুতে ঝিন ঝ্নি, সির সির্, অবশ ভাব, সূচ ফোটানোর অনুভূতি সঙ্গে হাত দিয়ে কাজ করতে অসুবিধা।
এমন ব্যথা হলে ঘাড়ের এম আর আই, ইলেক্ট্রোমায়োগ্রাফি পরীক্ষার মাধ্যমে রোগ শনাক্ত করা হয়।
এবার চিকিৎসা
ওষুধের পাশাপাশি এক্ষেত্রে ঘাড়ের বিভিন্ন ব্যায়াম করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
ঘাড় ব্যথা যেন না হয় এজন্য যা করতে হবে:
• শক্ত সমান বিছানায় এক বালিশে চিত হয়ে ঘুমাতে হবে।
• ঘুমানোর সময় ঘাড়ের নিচে বালিশ দিতে হবে।
• দরকার হলে বালিশ নিচে টেনে নামিয়ে ঘাড়ের নিচে নেবেন।
• ঘাড় সামনে ঝুঁকে বেশিক্ষণ কাজ করা যাবে না।
• ব্যথা বেশি হলে ঘাড়ে হালকা গরম সেক দিতে পারেন।
• এ সময় ঘাড়ের ব্যয়াম বেশ আরাম দেবে।
• সার্ভিক্যাল কলার ব্যবহার করা হবে চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুসারে।
বিশ্বে করোনায় নতুন করে শনাক্ত হয়েছেন ৩ লাখ ৪৪ হাজার ২১৮ জন এবং এ রোগে মৃত্যু হয়েছে ১ হাজার ১২৬ জনের। একই সময়ে করোনা থেকে সুস্থ হয়ে উঠেছেন ৩ লাখ ৮৬ হাজার ৪৮০ জন। করোনায় আক্রান্ত, মৃত্যু ও সুস্থতার হালনাগাদ সংখ্যা প্রকাশকারী ওয়েবসাইট ওয়ার্ল্ডোমিটার্স থেকে এসব তথ্য জানা গেছে।

ফেসবুকে ও ইউটিউবে মিথ্যা তথ্য ছড়িয়ে অপপ্রচার এবং মানহানির অভিযোগ এনে একটি পোস্ট দিয়েছিলেন ঢালিউড সুপারস্টার শাকিব খান। জানিয়েছিলেন গুজব রটনাকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নিচ্ছেন তিনি। এবার সেটাই করলেন। অপপ্রচার ও মানহানিতে জড়িতদের বিরুদ্ধে শাকিবের পক্ষে থানায় জিডি করলেন তার প্রযোজনা প্রতিষ্ঠান এসকে ফিল্মসের ম্যানেজার মো. মনিরুজ্জামান।

জিডি থেকে জানা গেছে, ওই ১৩টি ফেসবুক পেজ ও ইউটিউব চ্যানেলগুলো হচ্ছে ‘পূর্ণিয়ার খোঁজ, ‘বড় ভাই’, ‘বদ বচন ২.০’, ‘আরজে নীরব’, ‘হাসান সাইদুল’, ‘০২০ চ্যানেল’, ‘দ্য ইয়াং ফেলো’, ‘এসকে মিডিয়া’, ‘শাবিজ গ্লাম রুম’, ‘স্বপন আহমেদ’, ‘দেশ বাংলা’, ‘ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ নিউজ-ডিবিএন’ ইত্যাদি।
শবনম বুবলীর বেবি বাম্পের ছবি প্রকাশের পর থেকেই শাকিবের ব্যক্তিগত জীবন নিয়ে সমালোচনা শুরু করেন অনেকে। তাকে নিয়ে বিভিন্ন গুজবও ছড়ানো হয় ফেসবুক ও ইউটিউবে।

A housewife named Nupur Akhtar (25) was allegedly murdered by her husband in Boalmari municipality of Faridpur. Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Boalmari Police Station Muhammad Abdul Wahab confirmed the truth of the information on Friday (October 21) morning.
Earlier, on Thursday (October 20), the murder took place in Madhragati village of Boalmari municipality around 11 pm. Locals claim that the murder was committed due to his wife's infidelity.
Locals said that husband Musa Molya (32) stabbed his wife Nupur with a sharp weapon due to extramarital affairs. Later, Nupur was rescued and taken to Boalmari Upazila Health Complex. When her condition deteriorated there, Nupur died around 1 am on the way to Dhaka via Faridpur Medical Hospital. Husband Musa is said to be the son of Kawsar Molya of Madhgargati village.
Boalmari Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Muhammad Abdul Wahab said, "A police team has been sent to the spot after receiving the information. We will be able to provide more details about this later," the police official said.
