চুরি হওয়া সেই টাকা না পাওয়া গেলে বাফুফের পক্ষ থেকে সেই টাকা দেওয়া হবে কৃষ্ণাদের। বাংলাদেশ ফুটবল ফেডারেশনের নারী ফুটবল উইংয়ের চেয়ারম্যান ও বাফুফের নির্বাহী কমিটির সদস্য মাহফুজা খানম কিরণ আজ বিষয়টি গণমাধ্যমকে জানিয়েছেন।

তাই আমরা আমাদের হ্যান্ডব্যাগটাও লাগেজের ভেতরে রেখেছিলাম। পরে যখন লাগেজ খুলি তখন দেখি ভেতরের ছোট ব্যাগের চেইন খোলা। ব্যাগের ভেতরে আমার ৯০০ ডলার, শামসুন্নাহার সিনিয়রের ৪০০ ডলারসহ আরো অনেকের কিছু ডলার ছিল। বাংলাদেশি টাকায় যার মূল্য আড়াই লাখ টাকার মতো। সেগুলোর কিছুই নেই ব্যাগের ভেতর।

সেতু পরিদর্শনকালে মন্ত্রী বলেন, আগামী মাসে কালনা মধুমতী সেতুর উদ্বোধন করা হবে। সেতু উদ্বোধনের দিনক্ষণ প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা দেশে ফিরে এলেই জানিয়ে দেবেন। ইতোমধ্যেই সেতুর সামারি প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়ে পাঠানো হয়েছে এবং তিনি এতে সইও করেছেন।

ওবায়দুল কাদের আরো বলেন, প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার নির্দেশেই এই সেতুর নামকরণ করা হয়েছে মধুমতী সেতু। ৬৯০ মিটার দীর্ঘ এই সেতুর নির্মাণে ব্যয় হয়েছে ৯৫৯ কোটি ৮৫ লাখ টাকা। মধুমতী সেতু হচ্ছে পদ্মার মিসিং লেন উল্লেখ করে সেতুমন্ত্রী বলেন, পদ্মা সেতুর সুবিধা পেতে হলে মধুমতী সেতু নির্মাণ করতেই হতো।
