Zia's multi-party democracy was the rehabilitation of war criminals'’

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said that Zia's democracy was about war criminals. Rewarding and rehabilitating them was his multi-party democracy.

The Prime Minister further said, 'After the assassination of the Father of the Nation, this country became a country of murder, coups, and curfews. A reign of looting was established in this country. Those who illegally seized power used to run the country by imposing curfews. Zia used to run the country in a frightening environment by imposing curfews.'‘

Sheikh Hasina said, 'Zia's democracy was about war criminals. Zia's multi-party democracy was about rewarding war criminals who did not want the independence of this country, who insulted the dignity of the mothers and sisters of this country, who handed them over to the Pakistani invaders, and who committed brutal genocide.'‘

Nostradamus' terrifying predictions for 2018!

Nostradamus, the French prophet, has long predicted various things. And the year 2018 is also on the list of those predictions. Although many of his words are correct, there has been no shortage of debate about it. But leaving that aside, let's see what he had in mind for the coming year.

He had said this year that the economic system could be disrupted by natural disasters. It is heard that-

1. A book by Nostradamus predicts the start of World War III. It is feared that France may also be attacked, which could then spread throughout Europe.

2. He also predicted the death of six thousand people in a terrible volcanic eruption in Italy.

3. There will be natural disasters in 2018, starting from America.

4. According to Nostradamus, if corruption reaches its peak in 2018, a comet or a small planet will collide with the Earth.

5. According to him, the financial system could collapse in 2018.

6. Thanks to advances in medical science, human life expectancy could be as long as 200 years.

7. He also predicted that humans would be able to talk to animals and birds.

Why does the year start on January 1st when there are so many months?

The new year is knocking on the door. Everyone from eight to eighty is ready for the Thirty First Night. Many have started preparing for the new year. But, have you ever wondered why the year starts on January 1st, when there are so many months in the year?

The year could have started on many dates, February 1, March 1. But many people have given many explanations as to why this particular month was chosen. From astrology to the environment, various explanations have emerged at different times.

It is known that there was a Roman god named 'Janus'. He was described as the god of beginnings. This god had two faces. One facing forward, which symbolizes the future, and the other facing backward, which actually looks at the past. The name of the month of January comes from the name of the Roman god Janus. When the Julian calendar was created, 'Julius Caesar' chose January as the beginning of the year.

However, there is an astronomical explanation for this. It is known that the Earth comes closest to the Sun in January. In scientific terms, this is called Perihelion. Therefore, this time is marked as the beginning of auspicious things.

Environmentalists also have an explanation for this. It is known that the northern hemisphere of the world witnesses the shortest day in December. The days start getting longer little by little from January. Therefore, this is considered the beginning of the year. Source: Kolkata 24.com
