শয়তানের প্ররোচনাতেই মূলত সংসারের শান্তি দূর হয়। ঘরে লেগে থাকে অশান্তি ও কলহ-বিবাদ। শয়তানের কাছে পবিত্র সম্পর্ক নষ্ট করার চেয়ে বড় খুশির খবর নেই। তেমনই এক ঘটনা বর্ণিত হয়েছে হাদিসে। হজরত জাবির (রা.) বর্ণনা করেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ (স.) ইরশাদ করেছেন, ‘শয়তান পানির ওপর তার সিংহাসন স্থাপন করে, তারপর (পুরো বিশ্বে) তার বাহিনী পাঠিয়ে দেয়। আর (ওই শয়তান সদস্য) তার সবচেয়ে বেশি নৈকট্যপ্রাপ্ত, যে (মানুষের মাঝে) সবচেয়ে বেশি ফেতনা সৃষ্টি করে। শয়তান সিংহাসনে বসে সবার ঘটানো ফেতনার বর্ণনা শোনে। একজন এসে বলে আমি অমুক কাজ করেছি, শয়তান বলে তুমি তেমন কোনো কাজ করোনি। এভাবে শয়তান তার পাঠানো অন্যদের (শয়তান সদস্যদের) মন্দ কাজের বিবরণ শুনতে থাকে। অতঃপর একজন এসে বলে- ‘আমি অমুকের সঙ্গে ধোঁকার আচরণ করেছি, এমনকি স্বামী-স্ত্রীর সম্পর্ক বিচ্ছিন্ন করেছি। এ (ফেতনার) কথা শুনে শয়তান তাকে তার কাছাকাছি (বুকে) টেনে নেয়। আর বলে- তুমিই বড় কাজ করেছ। হাদিস বর্ণনাকারী আমাশ বলেন, আমার মনে হয় তিনি বলেছেন, অতঃপর শয়তান তাকে তার বুকের সঙ্গে জড়িয়ে নেয়।’ (মুসলিম: ৭২৮৪; আহমদ: ১৪৩৭৭)

অতএব সংসারে শান্তি বজায় রাখতে হলে শয়তানের ধোঁকা-প্ররোচনা থেকে মুক্ত থাকতে হবে। আর শয়তানের প্ররোচনা থেকে বাঁচতে কোরআন-সুন্নাহর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী আমল ও দোয়ার বিকল্প নেই। এ বিষয়ে যেসব দোয়া ও আমল করা জরুরি তা হলো-

১) ঘরে প্রবেশের সময় দোয়া পড়া: বাহির থেকে ঘরে প্রবেশ করতেই সালামের পর সুন্নতের দিকনির্দেশনা মোতাবেক এ দোয়া পড়া- اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ الْمَوْلِجِ وَخَيْرَ الْمَخْرَجِ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا وَعَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا ‘আল্লাহুম্মা ইন্নি আসআলুকা খাইরাল মাউলিজি, ওয়া খাইরাল মাখরাজি; বিসমিল্লাহি ওয়ালাজনা, ওয়া বিসমিল্লাহি খারাজনা; ওয়া আলাল্লাহি রাব্বিনা তাওয়াক্কালনা।’ অর্থ: ‘হে আল্লাহ! আমি আপনার নিকট আগমন ও প্রস্থানের কল্যাণ চাই। আপনার নামে আমি প্রবেশ করি ও বের হই এবং আমাদের রব আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করি।’ (আবু দাউদ: ৫০৯৬)

২) পরিবারে সালামের প্রচলন করা: পরিবারের কোনো সদস্য বাহির থেকে ঘরে প্রবেশ করতেই ঘরে অবস্থানরত পরিবারের অন্য লোকদের সালাম দেওয়ার প্রচলন চালু করা। এটি কোরআন-সুন্নাহর নির্দেশ। আর এতেই রয়েছে কল্যাণ। আল্লাহ তাআলার নির্দেশ-
فَإِذَا دَخَلْتُم بُيُوتًا فَسَلِّمُوا عَلَى أَنفُسِكُمْ تَحِيَّةً مِّنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ مُبَارَكَةً طَيِّبَةً كَذَلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُمُ الْآيَاتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُون ‘যখন তোমরা ঘরে প্রবেশ করবে তখন তোমরা তোমাদের স্বজনদের প্রতি সালাম করবে অভিবাদন স্বরূপ যা আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে কল্যাণময় ও পবিত্র। (সুরা নূর: ৬১)। রাসুলুল্লাহ (স.)আনাস (রা.)-কে বলেন, ‘হে বৎস, যখন তুমি তোমার পরিবারের কাছে ফিরবে, তখন তাদের সালাম দেবে। এটা তোমার ও তোমার ঘরবাসীর জন্য বরকতের কারণ হবে।’ (তিরমিজি: ২৬৯৮)

৩) খাবারগ্রহণের আগে-পরে দোয়া পড়া: খাবার গ্রহণের আগে পরে দোয়া পাঠ করা সুন্নত। রাসুলুল্লাহ (স.) বলেছেন, ‘যে খাবারে বিসমিল্লাহ পড়া হয় না, সে খাবারে শয়তানের অংশ থাকে। সেই খাবার মানুষের সঙ্গে শয়তানও ভক্ষণ করে।’ (মুসলিম: ৫৩৭৬) তাই খাওয়া বিসমিল্লাহ বলে ডান হাত দিয়ে শুরু করতে হবে। অতঃপর এই দোয়াটি পড়া- اَللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيْهِ وَ اَطْعِمْنَا خَيْراً مِّنْهُ ‘আল্লাহুম্মা বা-রিক লানা- ফী-হি ওয়া আত্বইমনা খাইরাম্ মিনহু।’ অর্থ: ‘হে আল্লাহ! আমাদেরকে এতে বরকত দিন, ভবিষ্যতে আরো উত্তম খাদ্য দিন’। (তিরমিজি, আবু দাউদ, মেশকাত: ৪২৮৩)

খাবারগ্রহণ শেষে এই দোয়া পড়া—الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا، وَسَقَانَا، وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ ‘আলহামদু লিল্লাহিল্লাজি আতআমানা, ওয়া সাকানা, অজাআলানা মুসলিমিন।’ অর্থ: ‘সব প্রশংসা আল্লাহর জন্য, যিনি আমাদের খাইয়েছেন, পান করিয়েছেন এবং মুসলিম বানিয়েছেন।’ (আবু দাউদ: ৩৮৫০)

৪) সুরা বাকারা তেলাওয়াত করা: রাসুলুল্লাহ (স.) বলেছেন, ‘সবকিছুরই একটি চুড়া থাকে আর কোরআনের চুড়া হল সুরা আল-বাকারা। আরও ইরশাদ হয়েছে, ‘যে বাড়িতে সূরা বাকারা পাঠ করা হয় সে বাড়িতে শয়তান প্রবেশ করে না।’ (তিরমিজি: ২৮৭৭)

৫) অশ্লীল বিনোদন থেকে পরিবারকে মুক্ত রাখা: ঘর ও পরিবার-পরিজনকে গান-বাজনা এবং গান-বাজনার সরঞ্জাম থেকে মুক্ত রাখা শান্তির অন্যতম উৎস। কেননা গান-বাজনা হলো শয়তানের আওয়াজ। শয়তানের উদ্দেশে ইরশাদ হয়েছে, ‘আল্লাহ বলেন চলে যা, অতঃপর তাদের মধ্য থেকে যে তোর অনুগামী হবে, জাহান্নামই হবে তাদের সবার শাস্তি-ভরপুর শাস্তি। তুই সত্যচ্যুত করে তাদের মধ্য থেকে যাকে পারিস স্বীয় আওয়াজ (বাদ্য-বাজনা) দ্বারা, স্বীয় অশ্বারোহী ও পদাতিক বাহিনী নিয়ে তাদেরকে আক্রমণ কর, তাদের অর্থ-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততিতে শরিক হয়ে যা এবং তাদেরকে প্রতিশ্রুতি দে। ছলনা ছাড়া শয়তান তাদেরকে কোনো প্রতিশ্রুতি দেয় না।’ (সুরা বনি ইসরাঈল: ৬৩-৬৪)

আল্লাহর জিকির যেমন শয়তানকে দূরে রাখে তেমনিভাবে গান এবং বাদ্যযন্ত্রের আওয়াজ রহমতের ফেরেশতাগণকে দূরে রাখে। আর ঘর থেকে যখন ফেরেশতা বের হয়ে যায়, তখন সেখানে শয়তান তার রাজত্ব কায়েম করে। এভাবে সংসার থেকে শান্তি দূর হয়ে যায়।

৬) ঘরে কুকুরের প্রবেশ থেকে সাবধান থাকা: ঘরকে কুকুরের প্রবেশ থেকে হেফাজত করা। হাদিসে এসেছে- ‘যে ঘরে ছবি এবং কুকুর থাকে সে ঘরে ফেরেশতা প্রবেশ করে না।’ (নাসায়ি: ৫৩৪৭-সহিহ)

৭) ঘরে ছবি ও জীব-জন্তুর মূর্তি না থাকা: ছবি এবং বিভিন্ন জীব জন্তুর মূর্তি থেকে ঘরকে পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখা। হাদিসে এসেছে- ‘যে ঘরে মূর্তি বা ছবি থাকে সেখানে ফেরেশতা প্রবেশ করে না’ (মুসলিম)। আরও ইরশাদ হয়েছে, ‘কেয়ামতের দিনে ছবি বা মূর্তি নির্মাতাদের সর্বাধিক কঠিন শাস্তি হবে।’ (বুখারি: ৫৯৫০, মুসলিম: ২১০৯)

অতএব মুসলমানের উচিত হবে ঘরে অবস্থানকালীন সময়ে কোরআন-সুন্নাহর দিকনির্দেশনা মেনে চলা। সুন্নতের পুরোপুরি অনুসরণ ও অনুকরণ করা। তাতে শয়তানের আক্রমণ থেকে রক্ষা পাওয়া যাবে। ঘরে ফিরে আসবে শান্তি ও নিরাপত্তা। আল্লাহ তাআলা আমাদের সবাইকে উল্লেখিত বিষয়গুলো যথাযথভাবে আমল করার তাওফিক দান করুন। আমিন।

Imagine you met a man. You don't know him. You just gave him a smile. Then he forgot about the man. But after a few days he saw that the man gave you a gift of a song and said, ‘I will not forget your smile. I can see your true love for me with that smile.’

 Then because of your smile, the man started to keep in touch with you and started expressing his gratitude to you, he came in a danger, he came and helped you. Ill, he came to see you and handed over food to you.

Seeing this condition of him, you were quite ashamed and told him that I am not worthy of getting so much. He replied, ‘No, no, I will never forget your smile. This is how he continued to express his love for you.

You will call such people ‘Otadud', that is, very shy, you will feel very ashamed of this type of man. Especially when you'll be unable to do something similar to him.

The matter of Allah is the same. He is the ultimate man. He is pleased with His servants for a small amount of deeds, loves them and gives them much respect for their small things.

You are in the hadith of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi and salam can notice. He says,

ان احدكم ليتكلم بالكلمت من رضوان الله ما يظن ان تبلغ ما بلغت فيكتب الله بها رضوانه الىوم يلقاهاه ما بلغ ما بلغت فيكتب الله بها رضوانه الىوم يلقاهاه ما ان احدكم ليتكلم بالكلمت من رضوان الله ما يظن ان تبل�

“When one of you speaks of the pleasure of Allah, whom he does not even think about, where it will reach, but because of his words, Allah Ta'ala writes satisfaction for him until the day he meets with him.” Tirmidhi: 2319

He had forgotten after saying a small thing that he had never imagined that it would be so much accepted by Allah, but because of this, Allah Ta'ala was very pleased with him because he was the ultimate.

In the hadith,

لقد رايت رجلا يتقلب في الجنة, في شجرة قطعها من ظهر الطريق, كانت تؤذي الناس

“I saw a man walking freely under a tree in Paradise, for he had cut down a tree that would have hurt people.” Muslim: 1905

What a small job it is! But since it is done for the sake of Allah, He has given a great reward for it. Allah Ta'ala increases every good deed from ten to seven hundred times, for he is the ultimate integrity.

if Thinking of Allah and His Tolerance A drop of tears falls from your eyes because of this, but even in this small work, Allah will give you the shelter of the throne and make Hell forbidden for you because he is the ultimate.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The seven classes of people will be given shelter under the throne, and a class of them is:

رجل ذكرالله خاليا, ففاضت عيناه

“A man who remembers Allah in solitude, and his eyes will be teary.”

In another hadith, it is stated that,

عينان لا تمسهما النار. عين بكت من خشية الله, وعين باتت تحرس في سبيل الله.

“Two eyes will not come in contact with hell. The eyes that cry out of God's eyes. The eyes that guard the path of Allah and spend the sleepless nights.” Tirmidhi: 1645

How tiny the works are! But Allah Ta'ala values them properly because He gives the right reward for the servant's work, and when the servant does good for him, he shows his love for him, he says,

واستغفروا ربكم ثم توبوا اليه ان ربي رحيم ودود

“Seek forgiveness from your Lord and repent to Him. Indeed, my Lord is the Mostul and the Dam.” Surah Hud: 90

He is forgiven your sinful sins and he does not even look at anything else in order to forgive such a great sin, because he does not destroy even a single point of goodness.,

ان الله لا يضيع اجر المحسنين

“Surely Allah does not destroy the reward of the righteous.” Surah Tawbah: 102

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:,

What will make you more shy about Allah is that you are not able to do any good. These are the reality of Allah's “Al-Otadud”.

Priest brothers and sisters, we will not forget him in danger and happiness. No matter how serious the situation is, we will rush to him. Let us love Allah.

Nature sometimes takes on adverse forms, which we call natural disasters. Such as cyclones, Kalvaishakhi storms, hailstorms, droughts, tidal waves, heavy rains, floods, droughts, wildfires, cold waves, famines, earthquakes, and tsunamis.

All the control and management of nature is under Allah. All these things happen only by His command. Not even a leaf of a tree moves outside His command and order.

Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quran about disasters: 'And We will certainly test you with something of fear and hunger and loss of lives and wealth and fruits. And give good news to the patient. Those who say, in their time of distress, "Surely we belong to Allah and indeed to Him we shall return," - upon them is forgiveness from their Lord and mercy, and it is they who are guided. (Surah Al-Baqarah, Verses 155-157)

What the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to do in times of disaster

The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to get scared and walk around anxiously when he saw the wind blowing. He used to be happy when it rained. Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that when the sky was cloudy and the wind was blowing, the face of the Prophet (peace be upon him) would look worried. Seeing this situation, he would walk around and recite this supplication:

God bless him and grant him peace مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ

সুস্থতার ব্যাপারে বিশেষ গুরুত্বারোপ করেছে ইসলাম। স্বাস্থ্য ও সুস্থতা নষ্ট হয়—এমন কাজ শরিয়তে কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ। যেমন নেশা জাতীয় দ্রব্য হারাম ঘোষণা আবার পরিমিত ও সময়ানুগ খাবারগ্রহণের প্রতি উৎসাহিতকরণ ইত্যাদি সবকিছুর পেছনে যে উদ্দেশ্য কাজ করে সেটি হলো বান্দার সুস্বাস্থ্য ও সুস্থতা। একইভাবে জলদি ঘুমানো এবং ভোরবেলা ঘুম থেকে উঠা সুস্থতা ও নানাবিধ বরকত লাভের উপায়। রাতে জলদি ঘুমাতে যাওয়া আর সকালে জলদি ঘুম থেকে উঠা সুস্বাস্থ্য, সম্পদ আর জ্ঞানের পূর্বশর্ত। এ কথা সর্বজনস্বীকৃত। বিষয়টি কোরআন ও হাদিসে আরও চমৎকারভাবে উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে। বলা হয়েছে, ঘুমের উপযোগী সময় রাত। এজন্য মহান আল্লাহ রাতকে অন্ধকারাচ্ছন্ন এবং শীতল করে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। আল্লাহ তাআলা বলেন, ‘এবং তিনিই তোমাদের জন্য রাতকে করেছেন আবরণস্বরূপ, বিশ্রামের জন্য তোমাদের দিয়েছেন ঘুম।’ (সুরা ফুরকান: ৪৭)

রাসুলুল্লাহ (স.) এশার নামাজ এক-তৃতীয়াংশ রাত পরিমাণ দেরি করে পড়া পছন্দ করতেন, আর এশার আগে ঘুমানো এবং এশার পর না ঘুমিয়ে গল্পগুজব করা অপছন্দ করতেন। (সহিহ বুখারি: ৫৯৯) রাতে দেরি করে ঘুমানো নানা রোগ-ব্যাধির কারণ। যুক্তরাজ্যের মেডিসিন বিশেষজ্ঞ ডা. পিরেঞ্জ লেভি বলেন, রাত জাগার বদ-অভ্যাস যারা গড়ে তুলেছে, তাদের ৯০ শতাংশই মানসিক রোগের শিকার। ৩০ শতাংশে থাকে ডায়াবেটিসে আক্রান্ত হওয়ার ঝুঁকি। এছাড়া স্নায়বিক সমস্যা থেকে শুরু করে অন্ত্রের রোগে আক্রান্ত হওয়ার ঝুঁকি অনেকাংশে বেড়ে যায়।

অথচ স্বাস্থ্যকে ঝুঁকির মধ্যে ফেলে দেওয়ার এখতিয়ার ইসলাম কাউকে দেয়নি। ওয়াহাব (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত এক হাদিসে রাসুল (স.) বলেন, ‘নিশ্চয় তোমার ওপর তোমার শরীরের হক আছে।’ (বুখারি: ৫৭০৩; তিরমিজি: ২৩৫০) । তাছাড়া আল্লাহ মানুষ সৃষ্টি করেছেন একমাত্র তাঁর ইবাদত করার জন্য আর ইবাদতের জন্য প্রয়োজন শারীরিক শক্তি ও সুস্থতা। একজন সুস্থ মানুষই পারে সঠিকভাবে ইবাদত করতে। এজন্য শারীরিক সুস্থতা হচ্ছে আল্লাহর নেয়ামত। নবী করিম (স.) বলেন, ‘মানুষকে সুস্বাস্থ্য ও সুস্থতার চেয়ে শ্রেষ্ঠ নেয়ামত আর কিছু প্রদান করা হয়নি।’ (নাসায়ি: ১০৭২ )

সুতরাং শরীরের হক নষ্ট না করার স্বার্থে এবং সুস্থতা ধরে রাখার জন্য রাতে দ্রুত ঘুমিয়ে পড়া উচিত। মুমিন বান্দার জন্য জলদি ঘুমানোর সবচেয়ে বড় উপকার হলো- ভোরে আল্লাহর ইবাদত ও জিকির করার সুযোগ। তাহাজ্জুদ, ফজরের নামাজ জামাতে পড়তে অসুবিধা হয় না রাতে দ্রুত ঘুমিয়ে গেলে। হাদিস থেকে জানা যায়, দিনের প্রথমাংশকে আল্লাহ তাআলা বরকতপূর্ণ করেছেন। এই বরকত লুফে নেওয়া যায় রাতে দ্রুত ঘুমালে। ফজরের নামাজের পর সকালের ঘুম জীবন-জীবিকার বরকত নষ্ট করে দেয়। দিনের শুরুটা ঘুমে কেটে যাওয়ার ফলে দিন সংকীর্ণ হয়ে যায়। কাজের সময় ও পরিধি কমে যায়। ব্রেইনের স্বাভাবিক গতি বাধাপ্রাপ্ত হয়। পক্ষান্তরে ফজরের নামাজ আদায়, কোরআন তেলাওয়াত এবং ইশরাক নামাজ আদায়ের মাধ্যমে দিনের কার্যক্রম শুরু করলে মহান আল্লাহ সারা দিনের জন্য বান্দার দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেন। ফলে দিনটি হয়ে ওঠে বরকতময়।

নবীজি (স.) আল্লাহর কাছে রকে বরকতময় করার জন্য দোয়া করেছেন। সাখর আল-গামিদী (রা.) থেকে বর্ণিত, নবী (স.) বলেন, ‘হে আল্লাহ! আপনি আমার উম্মতকে ভোরের বরকত দান করুন।’ তিনি কোনো ক্ষুদ্র বা বিশাল বাহিনীকে কোথাও প্রেরণ করলে দিনের প্রথমভাগেই প্রেরণ করতেন। বর্ণনাকারী সাখর (রা.) একজন ব্যবসায়ী ছিলেন। তিনি তাঁর পণ্যদ্রব্য দিনের প্রথমভাগে পাঠানোর ফলে অনেক সম্পদের অধিকারী হয়েছিলেন। (আবু দাউদ: ২৬০৮)

ভোরবেলাকে খুবই গুরুত্ব দিতেন পূর্ববর্তীরা। যারা ভোরের বরকত নিয়ে আলসেমি করত তাদের ব্যাপারা তাঁরা আগ্রহ হারিয়ে ফেলতেন। উরওয়া (রহ.) বলেন, ‘আমি যখন কারো সম্পর্কে শুনি, সে ভোরবেলা ঘুমায় তখন তার প্রতি আমি আগ্রহ হারিয়ে ফেলি।’ (মুসান্নাফ ইবনু আবি শাইবা: ৫/২২২)
