The sources said that 2,000 guests will be invited to the inauguration ceremony at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar. On that day, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will buy the first ticket and board the metro rail.

Meanwhile, the metro rail will initially run for four hours a day for a few days after the inauguration.
