Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested 24 people on charges of selling and consuming drugs by conducting anti-narcotics operation in the capital.

From 6 am on Saturday morning to 6:00 this morning, they were arrested and drugged in various police station areas of the capital.

460 pieces of elaboration, 20 grams of heroin, 16 kg 510 grams of ganja and 210 liters of domestic liquor were recovered from their custody.
18 cases have been registered against the arrested under the Narcotics Control Act.
