বেতাগী উপজেলার বুড়ামজুমদার ইউনিয়নের বলইবুনিয়া গ্রামের বাসিন্দা বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা মোঃ শাহ আলম হাওলাদারের কন্যা মোসা: রেকসনা আক্তার লিখিত বক্তব্য বলেন, খুলনা জেলার বটিয়াঘাটা উপজেলার শিয়ালডাঙ্গী গ্রামের আতাউর রহমান প্রিন্সের সাথে ২০০৫ সালে প্রথম স্ত্রীর তথ্য গোপন করে বিয়ে হয়। বিয়ের পরপরই শারীরিক-মানসিক ওয়ার্থিক নানা প্রকার অত্যাচার ও নির্যাতন চলতে থাকে। এ বিষয়ে বিভিন্ন সময়ে একাধিকবার স্বামীর বিরুদ্ধে মামলাও হয়েছে। আমার স্বামী আতাউর রহমান প্রিন্সের বিরুদ্ধে যৌতুক নিরোধ আইনে মামলা দায়ের করলেন আদালত বুড়ামজুমদার ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যানের নিকট তদন্তের দায়িত্ব দেন। তদন্ত প্রাপ্ত চেয়ারম্যান সৈয়দ আব্দুর রব আসামিদের সাথে যোগসাজসে মোটা অংকের টাকার বিনিময়ে নারী শিশু নির্যাতন মামলা নং ৪০৭/২০২২ মোকদ্দমায় তদন্ত মিথ্যা ও বানোয়াট প্রতিবেদন দাখিল করেন।

ভুক্তভোগী রেকসনা আক্তার বলেন, আমি যখন তাদের বাড়িতে যাই তার দুইদিন পরে রেজিস্ট্রি করে কাজী অফিসের মাধ্যমে আমার স্বামী তালাকের নোটিশ পাঠায় চেয়ারম্যান বরাবরে। চেয়ারম্যান কারসাজি করে একমাস চাপিয়ে রাখে। আমি যাতে সহজে তালাকনামা হাতে না পাই সেকারণে কারসাজি করে ঠিকানায় ৫ নং বুড়ামজুমদার ইউনিয়নের পরিবর্তে ৮ নং বুড়ামজুমদার ইউনিয়ন লিখে। যার ফলে আমি আমার তালাকনামা হাতে পাইনি। আমি চেয়ারম্যান মহোদয়ের কাছে চেয়েছি, সে আমার হাতে দেয়নি। পরে আমি কোর্ট থেকে তালাকনামা উঠিয়ে নিয়েছি।
বেতাগী উপজেলার বুড়ামজুমদার ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান সৈয়দ আব্দুল রবের স্বেচ্ছাচারিতার বিবরণ দিয়ে ভুক্তভোগী রেকসনা আক্তার আরো বলেন, আমার যথেষ্ট সাক্ষী, মেডিকেল সার্টিফিকেট, কল রেকর্ড, সাউন্ড রেকর্ড, অঙ্গীকারনামাসহ আরো অনেক সঠিক তথ্য প্রমাণ থাকা সত্ত্বেও চেয়ারম্যান আমার বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যা প্রতিবেদন দাখিল করে। তিনি আরো বলেন, চেয়ারম্যান আমার কাছে ৩০ হাজার টাকা চেয়েছিল। আমি সম্পূর্ণ টাকা দিতে পারি নাই। আমি মাত্র চার হাজার টাকা দিয়েছিলাম। বাকি টাকা না দিতে পারা এবং আমাদের পাড়া-প্রতিবেশীর সাথে একখণ্ড জমি নিয়ে দ্বন্দ্ব ছিল যা মামলা পর্যন্ত গড়ায়। সেই মামলা চেয়ারম্যান উঠিয়ে নিতে বলেছিল। মামলা না উঠানোর কারণে চেয়ারম্যান আমার প্রতি বিষোদগার হয়ে আমার বিরুদ্ধে মিথ্যা প্রতিবেদন দাখিল করেছেন।

৫নং বুড়ামজুমদার ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান সৈয়দ গোলাম রবের মিথ্যা প্রতিবেদন এবং তার অবৈধ ও দুর্নীতিমূলক কর্মকাণ্ড বন্ধ এবং সুষ্ঠু বিচার ও ন্যায়সংগত তদন্ত প্রতিবেদন পাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট উর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের আবেদন জানিয়েছেন রেকসনা আক্তার।

বুড়ামজুমদার ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান সৈয়দ গোলাম রব বলেন, আমি জেনে শুনেই তদন্ত প্রতিবেদন দাখিল করেছি। প্রতিবেদন যার বিপক্ষে যাবে সে তো আমাকে দোষারোপ করবে, এটাই স্বাভাবিক।

ধর্ষণ মামলার পলাতক আসামী রাজশাহীর পুঠিয়া পৌরসভার মেয়র ও ‍উপজেলা বিএনপির সাবেক সাধারণ সম্পাদক আল মামুন খানকে গ্রেফতার করেছে বরগুনা থানা পুলিশ।

আজ (বুধবার) সকাল ৯ টার দিকে বরগুনা পৌরসভার ৪ নম্বর ওয়ার্ডের ডিকেপি রোডের মনিরুল ইসলামের ভাড়া বাসা থেকে তাকে গ্রেফতার করা হয়। মনিরুল ইসলাম পুঠিয়া পৌরসভার মেয়রের গাড়ি চালক। বরগুনা থানার ওসি আলী আহম্মেদ তাকে গ্রেফতারের বিষয়ীট নিশ্চিত করে জানিয়েছেন, পুঠিয়া থানা পুলিশের কাছে তাকে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।

তিনি আরও জানিয়েছেন, পুঠিয়া থানা পুলিশ তাকে নেওয়ার জন্য বরগুনার উদ্দেশ্যে রওনা দিয়েছেন। পুঠিয়া থানার ওসি (তদন্ত) আবদুল বারী জানিয়েছেন, রাজশাহীর পুঠিয়া পৌরসভার মেয়র ও সাবেক উপজেলা বিএনপির সাধারণ সম্পাদক আল মামুন খানের বিরুদ্ধে এক নারী বাদী হয়ে ধর্ষণ মামলা করেছেন। ভুক্তভোগী ওই নারী (২৪) পুঠিয়া সদর এলাকার একজন কাঠ ব্যবসায়ীর মেয়ে। অন্যদিকে মেয়র আল মামুন গণ্ডগোহালী গ্রামের আলী হোসেনের ছেলে। মামলার অভিযোগ সূত্রে ওসি আরও জানিয়েছেন, মেয়র আল মামুন খান ওই নারীর সঙ্গে জোরপূর্বক একাধিকবার শারীরিক সম্পর্ক করেছে। এ ঘটনায় ভুক্তভোগী ওই নারী বাদী হয়ে রোববার রাতে থানায় ধর্ষণের একটি অভিযোগ দিলে সোমবার সকালে অভিযোগটি রেকর্ড। করা হয় মামলার অভিযোগে ভুক্তভোগী ওই নারী উল্লেখ করেছেন, গত এক বছর আগে পৌরসভায় একটি চাকরির জন্য মেয়রের কাছে গিয়েছিলাম। এরপর তিনি বিভিন্ন প্রলোভনে নিয়মিত ধর্ষণ করতেন।

একপর্যায়ে তার এই অনৈতিক কাজে রাজি না হওয়ায় তিনি আমাকে বিয়ের প্রলোভনে আরও কয়েকবার ধর্ষণ করেন। সম্প্রতি মেয়র আমাকে বিয়ে করবে না বলে জানিয়ে দিয়েছেন। বিষয়টি প্রতিবাদ করায় তার সন্ত্রাসী বাহিনীর লোকজন আমাকে প্রাণনাশের হুমকি দেন। যার জন্য মেয়রের বিরুদ্ধে থানায় মামলা করেছি। পুঠিয়ার পৌর মেয়র ও সাবেক উপজেলা বিএনপির সাধারণ সম্পাদক আল মামুন খান জানিয়েছেন, মিথ্যা অভিযোগ দিয়ে ষড়যন্ত্রমূলকভাবে তাকে ফাসানো হয়েছে।

পুঠিয়া থানার ওসি (তদন্ত) আরও জানান, আগেও দুর্গাপুর উপজেলা হাসপাতালের এক সেবিকাকে বিয়ের প্রলোভনে ধর্ষণ এবং অন্তঃসত্ত্বা হওয়ার অভিযোগে মামুনের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা হয়েছিলো।
