National Party Upazila Day celebrated in Raipur

Jati Party celebrated upazila day by holding a colorful rally in Ratapur of Lakshmipur.

Community policing rally held in Chatkhil

Low pressure area advances further, may affect coast today

The low pressure area located over the east-central Bay of Bengal and adjacent areas has moved further northwestward, the Meteorological Department said. It is likely to affect the coast on Sunday.

"The low pressure was located 840 km south-southwest of Chittagong Seaport, 765 km south-southwest of Cox's Bazar Seaport, 830 km south of Mongla Seaport and 780 km south of Payra Seaport at 6 am today, Sunday. It may further intensify and move northwestwards."

Accused in Jubo Dal leader Didar's murder case arrested after a decade!

Sugar is being sold at record prices: Consumer rights groups are taking the field

Two children drown in Lakshmipur

In Rakhtpur of Lakshmipur, drowned in the water of the pond. Two children named Atan (Ai year) and Marita Akhter (2) died.
