Activities including Amu-Deepu Moni are banned for formal charges against Aomi League leaders soon

The accused in this case are former Industry Minister Amir Hossain Amu, former Agriculture Minister Dr. Abdur Razzak, former shipping minister Shajahan Khan, former textile and jute minister Golam Dastgir Gazi, former education minister Dr. Dipu Moni, former Member of Parliament of Gopalganj-1 Constituency Lt. Col. (retd.) Farooq Khan, former Justice of Appellate Division AHM Shamsuddin Chowdhury Manik, former Home Secretary Jahangir Alam, former MP Solaiman Salim and former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's electricity, energy and mineral resource advisor Taufiq-e-Ilahi Chowdhury.

Rejecting the allegations of the trial of the arrested and absconding accused, prosecutor Tamim said, "It is not a matter of consideration in the case of absconding or sentence, it is not a matter of consideration. If the investigation finds the initial truth of the crime, the official complaint is filed. The trial is based on the evidence.
