Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's gift for the best children of the nation, the construction of “Bir Nibas” in No. 11 Durgapur Unit of Begumganj Upazila is in progress.

Imran Noor Rafi, the privileged son of former district Chhatra League leader and Upazila Parishad Chairman Shahnaz Begum, is supervising this work.
