Chairman of the country's opposition Perikatan Nasional (PN) Dr. Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar said that it is essential to build an efficient, ethical and honesty based governance system to deal with the ongoing challenging situation in the country, which will be able to restore people's confidence in the national administration and political system, and put special emphasis on maintaining the country's constitution intact and ensuring justice for all citizens.
