Genocide underway in Rakhine: Turkish President

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called the killing of Rohingya in Myanmar's Muslim-majority Rakhine state a genocide. He added that countries that are turning a blind eye to the genocide under the guise of democracy are also fueling the genocide in Myanmar.
They are equally guilty.

Speaking in Istanbul, Turkey, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, Erdogan called on Bangladesh to open its borders to allow more Rohingya refugees to enter. He announced that a conference on humanitarian assistance for the Rohingya would be held this year. Erdogan also pledged that Turkey would provide assistance to the Rohingya. Source: Guardian
