How to make herbal tea

2. Make tea with cinnamon, cloves and green tea. Take water in a bowl. Now when it starts boiling add cinnamon and cloves. When it boils, strain it. Now dip the green tea bag in it. Drinking this tea every day will bring benefits.
3. You can make amlaki and ginger tea. For this you will need ginger powder (1 teaspoon), amlaki powder (1 teaspoon), salt as much, honey (1 teaspoon). Take water in a container. When the water is hot, add ginger and amlaki powder. Add little salt. Boil well. Now take it down and mix honey. You can drink this tea every day.
