Mother converts to Islam with two sons

In the town of Nalitabai in Sherpur, three people from the same family, including their mother and son, left their religion and accepted Islam.

Advocate Meraj Uddin, lawyer of Sherpur Judge Court confirmed this information on Thursday (October 6) morning, before this on Tuesday (October 4) afternoon, they accepted Islam through a gita kalema and through court affidavit.

The persons who converted to Islam are - Savita Rani, wife of deceased Khagen Biswas of Gakananda Mahalla in Nalitabari town, her son Jat and Bijat. But now they have named themselves Achita Begum, Mohammad Hasan and Mohammad Hossain.
